Birth Day 2020 - A Journey of 50 Years

Birth Day 2020 It is my birthday. I’m now 50. And, being halfway to 100, in a way, it feels like this ride is halfway over, and I wonder to myself, what will be next? Looking back, I’ve always wanted to do something to make things better; something to help “save the world”. I think this feeling was always there. I remember back to when I was just starting to think of the answer to the question, “why are you here?”, and there were these TV commercials about the famine in Ethiopia, and not just commercials, but at church we also were encouraged to collect money in a “rice bowl” (made of paper folded into a box that looked sort of like a bowl with a top and a slit in the lid to put in coins) so that rice could be bought to feed the people there, and I had that rice bowl in my room, and I think I may have taken it by bus to the school, and I just wanted to be able to help the people I was a bit of an odd duck at that time. My parents lived far back off the road, and my backya

What is going on? Unification

I - This is going to get bad. Real bad. Like the crap you can not imagine bad. Good people are going to start turning on each other. Distancing is not enough. Being able to protect your right to distance is! I hate to say it. In a civilized world you can call for help. Soon, if you can not help yourself. You are going to be screwed, because there is not going to be enough people to serve all that need. Those people with bad intentions know that too. O - I feel like you think this sort of thing has never happened before. Our security lies in the size of our family. Our family is the size of our circle of trust. I - I do trust them.. I trust them not to come. They will respect my space. I have been places, I have seen things. I know what people are capable of. I have seen some really bad things. Things you can not unsee. I am not going to bother anyone. I just want to be left alone. I want my space respected. I will protect that space. It is my most important right. My right to live!

Hope from History in Times of Change

One need not be a church goer to be comforted by the words of one Pope's message for World Day of Prayer for Vocations - Vatican News Even one without faith can understand this message, especially if one accepts a few likelihoods: That there was once before a great economic crisis (as always eventually happens with money and debt) and that the one who first understood the truth of the crisis AND then taught this truth to those around him, grew so trusted and loved, that his story was recorded, and being true in all regards, stood the test of time, and is now written in the Bible as the story of the life and teachings of that man That God is a synonym for the cosmos or existence (especially the earth and the sun) and that we humans are the "inevitable result" of time (or "evolution") and that the powerful emotion of Love is inherent in all babies, and therefore all adults as well That stress from unexpected change triggers freeze->flight/fight impulses

Why am I alive? The Film Reel Cosmos

Our universe is like an uncut film reel with us as the viewer It's not a perfect analogy, but it reveals some mind blowing, paradigm changing truths Consider an uncut recording of the planet Jupiter and it's moons, recorded by a space telescope for a month. If we watched it in fast forward, we would see the moons revolving around Jupiter, all at their own velocities, moving right to left, then left to right, each one further out, and each one taking longer to trace it's path. At the same time, the Great Red Spot would be spinning the way that it does Now, take that uncut and continuous recording, and put it into the film projector. Project it on the wall at a constant rate. That is time. Notice that the entire recording exists all at the same time, not just the projection we see on the screen. The projection just depends on which part of the film the lamp light is shining through. If we were to watch the film, and someone was to say, "maybe one of those moon

What bills do I have to pay? What bills will I pay?

Updated 2020 04 02 What bills should I pay?  Which bills should I delay? You may be wondering this especially given the need to protect your family and to support your community and your nation.  Here is are the two lists: Bills to Pay and Bills to Delay Number one is taking care of the food needs for your children, your family, those dependent upon you.  Number two is supporting those who need your payment so they can buy food.  BILLS TO PAY Food - until a plan is implemented to provide for cashless "payment" Support - so children and former spouses can pay for food Care homes - so they can buy food for your loved ones Trash removal Medicine - life prolonging Energy - gasoline, propane, natural gas, coal Association Fees - to pay for labor and fuel, ex. movement of snow, trash, roofing, etc. Direct Services - labor - anyone whose source of money comes directly from you and could be settled in cash, ex. doctor, dentist, plumber, electrician, repair, shopper, clea

On the Closure and Shutdown of Non-Critical Aspects of the Economy

On the Closure and Shutdown of Non-Critical Aspects of the Economy https://www.michigan.gov/whitmer/0,9309,7-387-90499_90705-522626--,00.html I feel relieved that this action to gently shut down all parts of the state economy that are not required to sustain life. I intend to do my very best to minimize the risk of infection between any other person and myself. That said... The order contradicts both the U.S. Constitution and Michigan Constitution. The order contradicts the U.S. Constitution Amendment 1 (broadly described as the freedom to move about if one believes it right and to communicate in any way one wants): Amendment V ("nor be deprived of ... liberty...); and Amendment IX. Those parts of the Order are not Constitutional and so there can be no penalties or reduction of liberty (freedom of movement). Which is to say, people can not be detained or ticketed for speaking or for moving about as they will in public or on private proper
